Payment Security

The checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for you to purchase from my shop. Additionally, my shop uses payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1). I never receive your credit card information.

・Shipping

     

Free shipping is available for all order no matter where you are in the world. Your order will be shipped out within one week after your order is successfully submitted.

Domestic Orders (Hong Kong)

Your orders will be shipped by Hongkong Post Surface Registered Mail which is partially trackable. The posting process is recorded and signature of receipt is required upon delivery. If you wish to pick up your order at post office counter, please fill in details of your desire post office (except mobile post offices) in the address section.

You may also pay extra to ship by SF Express. Parcel tracking is available. Shipping fee for SF Express is FREE for order amount over HK$450.

Overseas Orders

I can ship to places outside of Hong Kong. Your orders will be shipped by Surface Registered Mail of Hongkong Post which is partially trackable. The posting process is recorded and signature of receipt is required upon delivery. Estimated delivery time to different destination would be shown in Cart Page. Due to the current global situation, the parcel will take longer time to arrive. Thanks for your understanding!

・Customs & Import Taxes

You will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

・Returns & Exchanges

     

Unless the items arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns & exchanges, particularly for custom or personalised orders.
